At Strung, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel. Simply ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all Strung hangtags remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
